April 7 and April 10 declared as public holidays by the Minister of Interior

Hon. Ambrosse Dery, the Minister of Interior has declared Friday, 7^th and Monday 10^th April as public holidays.

According to the statement issued by the Ministry, this is to mark the Easter celebrations.

The statement sighted by 1Family Radio indicated, “the general public is hereby informed that Friday, 7^th April and Monday, 10^th April, 2023 which mark the Good Friday and Easter Monday respectively, are statutory public holidays and should be observed as such throughout the country.’’

This statement was released on Tuesday, the 4^th of April, 2023.
