Kafui Danku, a Ghanaian actress and movie producer has advised unmarried women to desist from performing the responsibilities of a wife when they are not yet married.

According to her, there’s no point in cooking, washing and performing other house chores for a guy who has not married you.

In a video she shared on her Instagram page sighted by 1Family Radio, she narrated how she broke up with her boyfriend because she refused to help him clean his room.

“Ladies that go to the house of their boyfriends and then start cooking, washing and cleaning for as if they are married couples, what is the motivation behind that?’’ she quizzed.

Kafui narrated that she once visited a guy who was supposed to be her lover, met him cleaning but she didn’t offer to help him and this displeased the guy.

“He later made a big deal out of this and started nagging that when I saw him cleaning, I didn’t offer to help. That was the end of everything. When I left there, he hasn’t seen me again,’’ Kafui said.

She described the attitude of the guy as disrespectful and advised that no lady should condone such behavior from any man who is not her husband.

“Thinking of it, it was even disrespectful. You don’t do that to someone you just met at least date her for while,’’ she added.
