Archbishop Samuel Stephen Kaziimba Mugalu, a Ugandan Anglican Archbishop has disclosed why some believers are not able to attain greater heights in life.

According to him, it is an error for a believer to drive an expensive car while his pastor or spiritual leader wallows in poverty.

He continued that requesting for prayers from your poverty-stricken pastor while you live a luxurious lifestyle is mere wickedness.

He believes that any believer who refuses to take care of his church leader when he has the means will not receive any blessings from God.

Archbishop Stephen explained that there is no way God will bless you if you drive expensive cars yet your pastor walks on foot.

In a video sighted by 1Family Radio, the man of God chided his members for such act of wickedness and urged them to help their pastors when they make it in life.

“Do not allow your spiritual leaders to walk on foot while you are driving expensive cars and still expect them to kneel before God and intercede for you,’’ he said.

His comment has however sparked some heated debate on social media with some netizens calling him a materialistic pastor.
