Andrew amoh, a Ghanaian disc jockey and radio presenter popularly known as Andy Dosty has vowed not to promote Shatta Wale’s new album dubbed ‘Maali Album’.
Shatta Wale during his program in Takoradi some time ago, slighted Andy Dosty and Abeiku Santana. He later came back to that he did that just to create more publicity to his show.
However, Andy Dosty has indicated that he loves his mother so much and he will not allow anybody slight his mother. For this reason, he has asserted that he will not promote or speak about Shatta’s new album dubbed ‘Maali Album’.
His response comes after a listener via text message asked media houses to promote the new album of Shatta.
In reaction to this, Andy Dosty on his show which was monitored by 1Family stated vividly that he will never promote the album because of the harsh words the musician used against his mother.
“Speak about what? Do you really want me to promote it? A musician that stands on a stage to insult my mother and talks foolishly to my mother, and you want me to do what?’’ he quizzed.
“If you lack sense, I have it. I don’t entertain disrespectful people around me. That women gave birth to me and she has lived a life worthy of emulation.’’
He reiterated that because of the love he has for his mother, he won’t condone any sort of bad comments about her.
“I love my mother so much and nobody, I repeat nobody can speak ill of her. I will never speak ill of anyone’s mother because I was raised well.’’
He furthered, “after insulting my mother, you want me to promote your stuff. If she hasn’t given birth to me, where would you know me from? Stupid boy.’’
