Juliana Antwi Asante, a Ghanaian marriage counsellor has stated that it is childish to fight a cheating husband and his side chick as a wife.
This is because after cheating on you with his side chick, his manhood doesn’t go missing or it doesn’t get stolen by his side chick. For this reason, she believes it is useless and immature to fight your husband or his side chick when you catch them in the act.
According to her, women must be mature and tactical when dealing with a cheating husband and the issues around cheating in a marriage.
Speaking in an interview on Class FM monitored by 1Family Radio, she noted that being calm and acting with wisdom can save your marriage than you fighting your husband because he cheated on you.
“You see your husband on top of another woman and started quarrelling with them. As a counsellor, if you bring this issue to me the only thing I will advise is that there was no need for the quarrel because, excuse my language, was your husband’s manhood snatched after the sex, so what was the reason for the brawl?’’ she quizzed.
She furthered that what really matters is how you treat your husband after you catch him cheating. “It all depends on how you treat your husband whether he will cheat again or not.’’
“If you handle him well, I bet you that it will get to a time, he might have difficulties eating your food because of guilty conscience. It is pointless for you to fight if there is no respect in the house,’’ she added.
According to her, she respects men who admit to their wives of their cheating habits. “As a wife, if you confide in me that you cheated on me, my respect for you increases to another level.’’
“My husband, a man of your own doing your own thing then you come back to confide in me. Aren’t you a lovely and darling husband,’’ she stated.
She added that though this may seem weird, it has helped a lot of people in their marriages.
