Mr. Jackson Bentum, the father of Yaa Jackson has disclosed that he is not ashamed of having Yaa Jackson as his daughter.
Speaking in an interview with Graphic Showbiz monitored by 1Family Radio, he stated that there is nothing wrong with the way his daughter dresses. According to him, Yaa Jackson sense of style is necessitated by the kind of job she does.
He furthered that Yaa Jackson is not a bad girl as Ghanaians have tagged her. Mr. Jackson stated that he is not bothered when people criticize his daughter because being in the entertainment industry requires that she wears some of the clothes she wears.
Mr. Bentum hinted that Yaa Jackson is an actress and also a model so sometimes she has to wear provocative outfits to promote people’s brand. The fact that she wears provocative clothes doesn’t mean she is a bad person, she is just acting her role as an actress, a model and a brand ambassador.
“You will never see my daughter in seductive clothes at home,” he emphasized. Mr. Bentum continued that Yaa Jackson only wears skimpy dresses when she has photo shots.
He believes his daughter is a well-trained girl and anyone who knows her very well can attest to this fact. “She is very far from a bad girl as Ghanaians believe,” he indicated. Mr. Bentum noted that Yaa Jackson is a well-mannered and respectful girl.
“My daughter is not a bad girl, everything she does on social media is simply showbiz,” he concluded.
