Prophet Nicholas Osei, the founder and head pastor of Heaven’s Gate International Ministries popularly known as Kumchacha has reacted to a statement made by Sonnie Badu in regards to the eating of pork.
Sonnie Badu, a gospel singer and the founder of Rockhill Chapel in a social media post cautioned Christians against eating of pork. According to him, pork is unclean and it gives demons the ability to attack the consumer.
He added that the Bible is against pork because it is spiritually unclean therefore, he urged Christians to be wary of the meat they consume.
Speaking in an interview on Okay FM monitored by 1Family Radio, the prophet refuted the claims that pork is unclean adding that pork is his favorite meat. Kumchacha admonished Sonnie Badu not to speak against pork if he doesn’t consume pork.
Kumchacha indicated that the Bible does not condemn the eating of pork because there is no Biblical evidence that says that pork unclean. He furthered that Sonnie Badu shouldn’t prevent Christians from eating pork because he doesn’t like pork.
The prophet stated that although Christ casted out evil spirit into some swine, these pigs run into the sea and were drown in it. He then challenged Sonnie Badu not to eat sea foods because they feed on dead animals which also make them unholy.
According to Kumchacha, pork is meant for affluent people in society. He continued that wealthy men line up with their luxurious cars just to buy pork in East Legon and other estates in Ghana.
Kumchacha concluded that he loves pork because it is savory therefore Sonnie Badu shouldn’t speak against his favorite meat.
