Kwame Sefa Kayi, a Ghanaian media personality and the host of Peace FM morning show known as “Kokrokoo’’ claims he was not amazed about the elimination of the Black Galaxies from the African Nations Championship tournament (CHAN).
The Black Galaxies were terminated from the tournament by Niger when they defeated the Black Galaxies by a two goal to nil.
According to Kwame Sefa, he is not surprised by this outcome because the only thing Ghanaians can do is to live in the deception that they are better in football than any other African country.
Mr. Sefa noted that it is not shocking that the players that were chosen from the Ghana Premier League couldn’t compete to the expectations of Ghanaians because the league itself is not performing well.
He stated that Ghanaians only know how to make noise and boast about having the best footballers in Africa. He stated that we were even beaten by Madagascar and we still claim to be the best. He noted that Ghanaians only boast about being the best without any action to show for it.
He quizzed if the Black Galaxies players were selected from the Ghana Premier League. He asked how can players be selected from a league that Ghanaians don’t even watch. According to him the Ghana Premier League is not qualified to be called a league.
