Gladstorm Kwabena Akwaboah, a Ghanaian singer and songwriter known by the stage name Akwaboah has released an emotional song titled ‘Ride on To Heaven’ in memory of the late Christian Atsu.

Since Atsu’s mortal remains arrived in Ghana, many Ghanaians and celebrities have expressed their grieve through post on their social media pages. Akwaboah has also reacted to the death of Christian Atsu in a different manner by producing a new song to honour the memory of Atsu.

In the song, Akwaboah noted “Wishing we will not cry thinking of the many things we didn’t get to say but our eyes are filled with tears, ride on, ride on brother to heaven where you belong.’’

The video of the song as sighted by 1Family Radio displayed some clips of Christian Atsu playing in the premier league, messages of condolences from some football clubs and pictures of him.

The two minutes song by Akwaboah indicated that Atsu will be in heaven because of his benevolence. “We will hold you in our hearts until we hold you in heaven,’’ Akwaboah noted.

He furthered that Ghanaians will carry Atsu in their hearts until they hold him in heaven.
