Ghanaian actress and musician Andrea Owusu, professionally known as Efia Odo, has opened up about her spiritual life.
The socialite claims that despite the lifestyle she presents on social media, she is very serious about her spiritual life and is aiming to become a born-again Christian.
Some Ghanaians have criticized Efia Odo extensively for her choice of clothes. But the actress revealed that she is a highly spiritual person.
Speaking in an interview on Stripped, hosted by Sika Osei and monitored by 1Family Radio, Efia Odo disclosed that she doesn’t joke with her fasting and prayers.
“I am working towards that part, but I haven’t reached there yet,’’ she noted in response to the question of whether she is a born-again Christian.
“I am still working through, but I am highly spiritual; I don’t play with my fasting, I don’t play with my worship, and I don’t play with my prayers.’’
“If anything, even if I don’t go to church, I don’t joke with my fasting and prayers,’’ Efia Odo revealed.
She also stated that she is yet to find someone out there who has the light of God in her.
“The light that is in me is the light of God, and I don’t see that light in many people out there, and like I said, the negative energy is just too much,’’ she said.
