Patricia Asiedua, the founder of the Heaven Way Champion International Ministry popularly known as Nana Agradaa has been sued for leaking the nude pictures of a man of God.
ASP Emmanuel Haligah, a prophet and a resident of Teshie in Accra filed the suit against Mama Pat and four other people for sharing a nude picture of him. According to him, the accused ridiculed by him on her program and the other four accused men cheered her on.
He added that Agradaa’s program was streamed live on Facebook where a witness saw it and informed him about it.
Mama Pat was arraigned based on the section 67(1) of the cybersecurity ACT which is non-consensual sharing of nude image. She pleaded not guilty to the charge levelled against her. This took place at the Circuit Court 10 which was presided by Mrs. Evelyn Asamoah on the 8th of February.
The other four accused are Enoch Owusu Kissi, Charles Omane, Emmanuel Kofi Gyasi and Andy. They were accused of being accomplice to the crime of non-consensual sharing of intimate image. All four of them pleaded not guilty to the charge against them.
They were asked to appear before the court on the 8th of March, 2023 after being granted a bail of GH¢ 100,000.
