Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, the Member of Parliament for North Tongu, has called on members of the ruling party, the NPP, to put a stop to their prejudicial comments in regards to Gyakye Quayson’s ongoing trial.

He claims that anyone who wants to discourage the minority caucus from their resolve to skip parliament whenever Gyakye Quayson has to appear in court should first counsel the true perpetrators of justice.

Speaking in an interview on TV3, monitored by 1Family Radio, the politician noted that the NDC minority caucus in parliament is dissatisfied with the legal process, which he referred to as the kangaroo process Gyakye has been subjected to.

‘’We have stated that we will continually evaluate our plans as we move forward,” he added.

‘’The person who wishes to counsel us shouldn’t be partial; instead, they should give advice to the ones who are actually committing the crime.’’

He continued, “Let the Kangaroo process end; all these discriminatory remarks should end, and the persecution should end.’’

‘’Look at the serious crimes that are being committed by their own administration, he said. “This government has been embroiled in huge corruption, which some of us keep exposing from time to time,’’ he said.
