Everything is set for the swearing-in ceremony of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the president-elect of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
The swearing-in ceremony will be held in Abuja, the capital city of Nigeria, today, May 29, 2023.
The presidential election that took place in February saw Bola Tinubu emerge as the winner after beating Peter Obi and Atiku Abubakar. Although his victory has been questioned by his other contenders, he will be sworn in today.
Bola Tinubu is expected to swear the oath of allegiance as the next president of Nigeria later in the day.
