Bright Okpocha, a Nigerian comedian and actor popularly known as Basketmouth has disclosed that he is not ready to jump into any relationship now.
According to him, he wants to have some time for himself before thinking of getting into another relationship following his separation from his wife, Elsie Uzoma Okpocha.
Speaking in an interview with Andy Dosty monitored by 1Family Radio, the comedian expressed his love for Ghana, its language and beautiful women.
“Twi is an amazing language and I have decided to learn it because I am going to be in Ghana for some couple of days,’’ he disclosed.
“On my way here, I said to myself, it would be very brilliant to learn at least one Ghanaian language, stay here for a year, chill and then get married to one beautiful Ghanaian woman,’’ he chuckled.
“That was a joke by the way. I am single and I am not prepared to jump into anything yet. But maybe I am not joking because anything can happen,’’ he noted.
Basketmouth is currently in Ghana for his upcoming comedy show titled ‘’unprovoked’’ at the Accra Conference Center on the 8th of April, 2023.
