Salma Mumin, a popular Ghanaian actress and socialite, has sent a strong warning to her critics to let her enjoy her new body.
Her reaction follows some comments made by netizens about her body when she posted her picture on Instagram on July 11, 2023.
Some asked her to get a refund of her money from her surgeon because her body had become deformed after she enhanced it.
Salma took to Instagram again to tell the whole world that she saw her previous body but still went in for this liposuction because she loves it.
“To all who think I need a refund from my surgeon, look, I have a mirror; I see my body first thing when I wake up,’’ parts of her post sighted by 1Family Radio noted.
“I know how I look; I don’t need anyone around me or on this app telling me how terrible my body looks. I saw my previous body, which you all loved so much yet trolled me over. Till recent times, I didn’t even know you all loved it with all your hearts. Yall called me names upon names, but here you are today telling me that was the most beautiful body you saw then. That makes you all hypocrites.
“I saw that body and still went for this, meaning I love this. If I wake up tomorrow and don’t like this one, I will change it, and there is nothing any of you can do about it. Leave me alone, Wai. The one pressing it is not complaining, nor am I complaining,’’ she said.
“I’m addressing it because I have grown out of worrying about your comments about my buttocks. Nothing yall say gets to me. Charley, if you don’t like it and can’t keep mute, go hang a transformer or jump into the sea.’’
“This is not an explanation because I don’t owe it to any of you. This is me setting the records straight and putting you all in your places. It looks like silence is not golden anymore,’’ she wrote.
“Yes!! I denied it in the beginning, but I’m not God enough to not change my mind on my decisions. So yessss!! I have enhanced my body. I go into the world and spread the news. I am not any of your children,’’ she added.
