MOG Beatz, the producer of Sarkodie’s recent song ‘Try Me, has opened up on why the song has been removed from various music streaming platforms.

‘Try Me’, a song by a popular rapper in reaction to Yvonne Nelson’s memoir, ‘I Am Not Yvonne Nelson,’ was pulled down on some streaming sites like Apple Music and Spotify.

This sparked some controversies on social media as netizens kept wondering why the song was removed from these sites.

In a recent development to the story, MOG Beatz has alleged that the song has been removed because an impostor uploaded it right after it was leaked.

In a Twitter post sighted by 1Family Radio, the multiple award-winning producer urged fans of Sarkodie to stream the song on different streaming sites.

“This guy uploaded the song right after it was leaked… the guy cash out saa. Apple Music and Spotify figa say e be the rightful owner.’’

“The Sarkcess team is working on taking it down ASAP. Continue on all other platforms,’’ he wrote.
