John Dramani Mahama, the former president of Ghana and a flagbearer hopeful of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has disclosed that the party has already won victory in the upcoming presidential elections because that is the will of God.
He therefore urged all party delegates and supporters not be nervous because they have the blessings of God which will earn them victory in the 2024 general elections.
The former president made this statement when he met with some party delegates in Akropong during his campaign tour in the Eastern Region which was monitored by 1Family Radio.
“Don’t listen to naysayers because the will of God is for the NDC to win the 2024 presidential elections. I am a devoted Christian and I have absolute faith in God,’’ he hinted.
“God speaks to me. God has spoken to him again and this time around he said, NDC, this is your time. God has already given us victory in the 2024 elections,’’ he disclosed.
He furthered that no scheme or recklessness can stand in the way of God because his decision is final. He rather called the party members to pray for the fruition of the will of God.
Mahama continued, “when God decides, it is final and no amount of carelessness and scheme can stop it. Let’s continue praying and hoping that the will of God will be manifested.’’
