Guess what I just have five more years in this industry and I will be done with comedy. Bright Okpocha, a Nigerian comedian and actor popularly known as Basketmouth has disclosed.
According to him, this is in line with the God’s purpose and will for his life which he is following accordingly.
Speaking in an interview on 3FM Drive with Giovani Caleb monitored by 1Family Radio, he revealed that he will be done and dusted with comedy in the next five years if God permits.
Basketmouth who is currently in Ghana for his comedy show dubbed “Unprovoked’’ which will be happening on the 8th of April at the Accra Conference Center urged all Ghanaians to grab their tickets as he is about to show the world another side of him.
“Everyone listening to me now should go and grab their tickets. I am going to show the world a different side of me yet to be seen,’’ he noted.
“Guess what, I will be done with comedy in the next five years. I am bringing my comedy career to an end in five years-time. I will be done with comedy and will never go back to it again.’’
“This is plan I am following was inspired by the spirit,’’ he disclosed.
“I have five years more to do comedy. This is because everything I ever prayed for has happened as planned. Since last year, the meteors have been aligned and per the revelation from God, I have just five years to end my comedy career,’’ he unveiled.
