Samira Bawumia, the second lady of Ghana has obtained a Bachelor’s degree in law from the University of London.

In a post she shared on her Facebook page sighted by 1Family Radio, the first lady expressed her gratitude to her family and friends for their unflinching support.

She noted, ‘’a few years ago, with support and encouragement from family and friends, I took the advantage of the Distance (online) Law Degree Program offered by the University of London. Thankfully, I had the honor of graduating with a Bachelor of Laws degree, last week, in spite of the numerous challenges Covis-19 presented.’’

“It has been an incredible journey of learning while juggling work, family, and official duties,’’ she added.

She encouraged everybody to be inspired to pursue their dreams irrespective of the challenges they encounter.
