The First Atlantic Bank has requested the Accra High Court to exempt its name from the suit filed by Deborah Seyram, a side chick of one of the bank’s directors. The bank happens to be the second defendant in this court case.

The bank was incriminated by Deborah Seyram in the suit she filed against Ernest Kwasi Nimako. According to her, the bank deliberately ignores the harassment of its female workers and entice them into unprofessional relationships. She did her national service at this bank.

She also stated that Mr. Ernest persuaded her not to accept the contract the bank offered her and promised to make life comfortable for her by giving her everything she needs and also vowed to marry after divorcing his wife.

Deborah also said that the during her service any lady that refuses to have a relationship with the senior male workers will be maltreated.

According to Deborah, Mr. Nimako failed to concur with the conditions of their unprofessional relationship and she has requested the Accra High Court to help her gain back the things she was entitled to under their agreements.

A report by 3news.com which was sighted by 1Family Radio reveals that the bank has requested the High Court to exclude the bank’s name from the suit as the second defendant.

The bank has pleaded with the court to annul the allegation levelled against them that they allow their female workers to be sexually harassed by the senior male workers of the bank.

The bank has pleaded with the court to exempt it as a second defendant but they are yet to react to the allegation levelled against them by Deborah.

The court has be adjourned until February 16,2023.
